askai.garden is built to need as little as possible. We do not ask for your real name, email or phone number. We process: the display name and gender you choose; the messages and images you send (to deliver them and show recent history); your device language (to translate messages); and a random cookie identifier.
We store a small cookie on your device so you can be recognised when you come back. This guest/visitor cookie lasts about 3 months and is then dropped. It contains only a random identifier — no personal data. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
To let people of different languages talk, message text is sent to an AI translation service to convert it into the recipient's language. Do not share sensitive personal information in chats.
Recent messages and shared images are stored only as long as needed to run the chat and are limited in volume. Anonymous counters (visits, number of users, number of messages) are kept to understand usage.
We do not sell your data. Content is shared only with the person (or AI companion) you are chatting with, and with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service.
You can clear the cookie and local data at any time from your browser to reset your guest identity.
